I continued to build my knowledge

Hello my name is Terry, sign name…. I was brought up in the oral (education) system. When I got involved in the Deaf community I learnt so much. I got involved in meetings and in different activities. That was how I found my Deaf me, my identity. And I found Deaf culture – I related to it. I continued to build my knowledge. Now I feel like a full Deaf person.
